Four things that don't change from project to project
Small businesses get burned by vague quotes, slipping dates and sites they can't take with them. These four rules are how we avoid all three.

- The number on the quote is the number on the invoice. Anything extra gets a written price before anyone builds it.

- From your content to a live site. Starter sites take 7, shops 21. The clock starts when your text and photos are in.
- Your hours
- Calls are booked in your time zone. We overlap the whole UK and EU working day and US East Coast mornings.
- Yours to keep
- Domain, code, hosting and accounts are in your name from day one. Leave whenever you like and take everything.

Is the price really fixed?
Yes. The quote lists exactly what is included and is confirmed in writing before work starts. If you want something extra later, you get a written price for it before anyone builds it.
Where are you based, and does remote work?
Vilnius, Lithuania, in the EU. Everything runs remotely: calls on Google Meet, a shared project board, short video walkthroughs and a preview link you test on your own phone. Our call hours cover the whole UK and EU working day and US East Coast mornings. We work in English, Lithuanian and Russian.
How do I pay?
By card or bank transfer through Stripe, in euros, dollars or pounds. 50% to start and 50% at launch, or three equal instalments. Prices exclude VAT; whether VAT applies depends on where your business is, and your quote says so.
What if the design misses?
You see the homepage design first. If it misses, we do another round. If the second one still misses, you can stop there and get your deposit back.
Who owns the site?
You do. The domain, hosting, code and all accounts are registered in your name from day one. If you ever leave, you take everything with you.
What do you build on?
Business sites on WordPress with a lightweight theme you can edit, shops on Shopify (or WooCommerce when the shop has to live inside WordPress), and fast custom sites on Astro, like this one. Nothing that locks you in.
Do you use AI?
Yes, for drafts, code and testing, which is part of why 14 days is possible. Every page is designed, written and checked by a person before you see it.
